How soon will my order arrive?

Domestic shipments take approximately 2-5 days and international takes about 1-2 weeks. Please note that international orders are often subject to duty fees from the carrier. Check with your local postal provider for specifics.

    Yes!  I'm so frustrated!  I've called, emailed, called again, emailed again, it's ridiculous!  I was so excited to give this to my son for his birthday!  I placed my order on December 8th for crying out loud!!!

    LOL. This is stupid. I ordered mine on the 13th, didn't hear back from anyone and my boyfriend never received his headphones for Christmas.

    yeah I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and no package or response. my boyfriend got his speakers within the same week he ordered it...

    I ordered on 12/6/16 and no answer too. I've left voicemails, emails and the zendesk case. Their tracking page doesn't even work.

    I've been a customer since the first boombots and they used to be very responsive. Thanks for the failed Christmas presents Boombotix!

    seriously wtf is going on with you guys? how come you people are taking customers money and not sending out products and not issuing refunds? this is seriously about to become a law suit.

    #R052430925 this is my confirmation number that they gave me, but i never received anything in the mail nor was any tracking info ever provided to me. its been 3 months since I've placed my order. I've sent emails several time to the support email and I've also called several times as well but no one seems to ever answer. I paid $77.99 in total for my order and i haven't received it in the mail nor have i been issues a refund. Again its been 3 months since I placed my order.

    I mailed 3 boombots back for a return, and indicated the return number on the box.  This was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from anyone.  Please email me and let me know what is going on.  I also called the phone number and left messages.

    This is very frustrating. I agree with the masses. All I want is my Grateful Dead Boombot Pro Speaker that I paid for. Can someone please start responding and allow us to understand where our products are?
