Got it used it stopped working was told how to try to fix via email and chat tried to fix it 50 plus times nothing worked, just want them to honor the warranty. But their pumping them out but not atanding by their words. My pill works fine and its 2 years old even a cheap I home had no issues and that thing is 2.5 years old. I would like to belive that Boombotix will make good on my claim but my optimism cannot replace my realistic expectations. I feel the time and expense of pursuing satisfaction in this case would far outweigh the reward. It sucks but that's how it goes. Their website claims "Domestic shipments take approximately 2-5 days and international takes about 1-2 weeks". I have not received my shipping/tracking information as of yet.
